Nan LYU

    Dr. Nan LYU is the director of the New Media and Online Journalism program. She received her undergraduate degree from Fudan University's School of Journalism, and later obtained her Master's in International Journalism and Ph.D. in Communication from Hong Kong Baptist University. Dr. Lyu has consistently focused on research in the fields of new media and audiences, media convergence and news production, and the international communication of film and television, publishing relevant papers in SSCI and CSSCI journals. In terms of teaching, Dr. Lyu focuses on theories related to journalism and new media, international news production, popular culture and the practice of video production.
