Regarding to my academic background, I was once an amateur of TV production, I majored in resource environment and urban planning, a subject of science, in my undergraduate study, and then in philosophy of science and technology, which deals with metaphysical questions of life, in my postgraduate study. However, for the reason of my innate interest in TV industry and innate desire for a freelance career, I passed the open recruitment and came to work at Nanjing TV Station on 2003 in pursuit of three goals: morality and justice, passion as well as salary, which led me to work with TV programs. My work experiences at the news, film and TV, and lifestyle channels cover from news messages to features, from easy & funny style to serious and deep-going one.
During the past sixteen years, I have worked as journalist, editor, host and producer, Now I’m a producer and Documentary director .These experiences made me constantly reflect on the past and make further progress; therefore I attended the broadcasting and TV courses at Communication University of China, and studied on my own communication and arts theories for nearly five years in National Chengchi University.
By the knowledge fusion and compare, I learned that the job of a journalist is like drawing geometric lines, constructing logic relations of stories, the job of an editor is like planning urban traffic lines, constructing the aesthetic relationship between the voice and the image based on relative rules, the job of a host is like radial lines, creating an interactive ambiance based on medium, and the job of a producer is like leading a band, gathering various different talents for old and new pieces.
I stand ready to come to SISU with the above-mentioned skills and experiences.I will share more through my work in future. TV is a regrettable art. Let us make it better:)
