ZHANG Chunyu

Chunyu Zhang (Ph.D. in Communication, Ohio University) is an Assistant Professor of School of Journalism and Communication at Shanghai International Studies University and a research associate of Media Development Research Center at Wuhan University. Her work has been published in various research journals in English and Chinese, and she has been a recipient of the “Top Paper” or “Top Faculty Paper” award from the National Communication Association or the American Journalism History Association. She is also an editorial assistant for two Chinese academic journals, Intercultural Communication Studies and Communication Innovation Research. 

Her research interest includes international and intercultural communication, new media and cultural studies, rhetorical criticism, etc.
