Speaker Biography: Liu Hong, president of School of Humanities and Sciences and Graduate School of Public Administration in Nangyang
Technological University, once was professor of Department of East Asia in University of Manchester, consultant expert of Overseas
Chinese Affairs Office in the State Council and academic adviser of University of Edinburgh and London School of Economics and
Political Science. He participated and directed project of talented which is hosted by the Organization Department of the CPC Central
Committee.
